He transitioned to his own practice in 2016 and is currently serving Ottawa, Kemptville, Brockville and points in between.<\/p>\n<p>Martin has worked primarily in the area of Family Law; however, due to the demand, he has recently undertaken an increasing number of Estates matters.<\/p>\n<p>Working both in the role of litigator and negotiator, Martin has gained significant trial\/arbitration experience during which he has come to understand the need to consider the costs and benefits of litigation.
